2022 Taiwan Study Tour for Overseas Youth

Experience the Best of Taiwan!

一、活動介紹 

      提供海外華裔、臺商及國內青少年暑期參加臺灣觀摩見學活動，增進海外青少年認識臺灣，促進海內外青少年交流互動。華裔青少年在活動中學習華語文、臺灣青少年在活動中學習外語交談，彼此觀摩學習，結交異國好友，建立跨國友誼。

      由業師教授認識中華歷史文化、學習國粹藝術，在見學旅程中，安排有中華傳統文化習藝、臺灣職人體驗、臺灣藝術與人文史蹟走讀、臺灣文創基地參訪、臺灣生態景觀踏查、臺灣老街踏查及臺灣夜市文化體驗等七大主題課程，以環島方式走訪臺灣，除了瞭解臺灣經濟建設發展與中華文化在臺延續傳承的現況，更可透過實地參訪，發現臺灣的創造力與生命力、感受臺灣濃濃人情味與特有的風土民情、寶島最美風景。

Activity Description

# Provides overseas Chinese, overseas Taiwanese business and domestic youths to participate in the Taiwan Study Tour to learn and gain insights into Taiwan.

# Promoting cultural exchange and building bridges between domestic and foreign youths.

#Learn about Chinese history and the quintessence of Chinese culture through professional instructors. During the study tour, there will be SEVEN themes of lessons. Lessons include- Chinese traditional cultural arts, Taiwanese craftsmanship experience, Taiwanese art and humanistic historical sites, Taiwanese cultural and creative industries, Taiwanese ecological landscape, Taiwan Old Street and Taiwan Night Market Cultural Experience.

# Participants will have the opportunity to travel around Taiwan and learn about the development of economic construction of Taiwan and extended Chinese culture from generation to generation. Through the tour, participants can feel the lively, warmth, hospitality, and creativity cultural in Taiwan.

#The saying is that the most beautiful scenery in Taiwan is the people.

二、報名資格及活動人數 

      年滿12歲足歲至未滿20歲（以護照或身分證件所載年齡為憑），身心健康、學行良好，能適應團體生活之海外華裔、臺灣青少年均可報名，預定活動人數35位。

Qualifications of Applicants

# Age of applicants: 12 to 20 years old

# Criteria: Both of domestic youth and overseas youth, who are physically and mentally healthy, and can adapt to team building events.

# Vacancy offered: 35 people

三、活動日期 

      7月17日至8月1日，共計16天。

      Totally 16 Days: July 17-August 1

四、活動內容 

  (一)環島旅行：參觀風景名勝古蹟、政經建設、文創產業、夜市人文體驗

  (二)團隊建立、小隊競賽、職人體驗、團康晚會等青少年交流聯誼活動

Activities Contens

1. Round-island tour: Historical tourist attractions, politics and economics constructions, cultural and creative industries, and local night markets experience, etc.

2. Team building: Group competitions, craftsmanship experience, and international exchange, etc.

五、活動費用Fees

      新台幣42,000元/US $ 1,500

  (一)費用包含活動期間之膳宿、交通、門票、保險，本活動已投保在台舉辦活動期間責任保險500萬元(含意外醫療)。

  (二)團員之往返機票、個人行李搬運費、零用金、海外旅遊平安險、疾病醫療保險及疾病醫療費用等須自行負擔。

#This fee includes accommodation, transportation, tickets and insurances during the activity period. Each participant will be insured liability insurance of NT$ 5 million (including casualty insurance) during the tour in Taiwan.

#Round-trip flight tickets, personal baggage fees, pocket money, travel accident insurance, health insurance and medical payment will NOT be included in the registration fee.

  (二)繳費：Payment Method：

    1.線上刷卡：於活動網站上填寫報名表後直接刷可付費即可。

       #Online Payment: Please make a payment online after completing the registration form at the website.

    2.新台幣繳費

    5.報名繳費後如因故不克參加（活動開始前申請退費者），退費時將扣除行政手續費新台幣3,000元（美金100元）行政手續費。

#Those who want to withdraw after the submission of the registration fee and the notice of acceptance will be deducted US$100 (NT$3,000) from his/her total amount as administrative expenses.

七、附則：活動申請人請詳閱本附則內容，以保障個人權益。

      #Please ensure the participant understand the following requirements in order to assure own personal rights.

  (一)參加活動之學員如有特殊疾病(如心臟病、心血管疾病、糖尿病、愛滋病、高血壓、精神病、癲癇症及其他嚴重之傳染疾病等)請勿報名參加。

  #The participant who has special medical conditions (including Heart Disease, Cardio-vascular diseases, Diabetes, AIDS, Hypertension, Lunacy, Epilepsy, and other seriously contagious diseases is NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND in case of any contingencies.

  (二)學員如提早報到或延後離營，其所需膳宿、交通等費用請自理。

  #The participant is responsible for his/her own expense of meals, accommodation and transportation if he/she arrives earlier or leaves later than scheduled.

  (三)團體活動期間必須守時，遵守紀律，非經請假獲准不得無故缺席。

  #The participant has to be punctual and complies with the discipline during their stay in this camp. Absence will NOT be allowed without permission.

  (四)活動期間禁止飲酒、賭博、滋事及吸食毒品、迷幻藥等。學員於晚點名後，不得逗留於異性房間內。

  #Alcohol, gambling, affrays, and illegal drugs taking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No lingering is allowed in the room of opposite sex after curfew.

  (五)學員在活動期間不接受輔導或不遵守規定事項，致發生意外事故，須自行負責，如有任何爭議皆依中華民國法律處理。

  #If the participant is not willing to follow the rules during his/her stay in the camp, the participant will be responsible for the result. And if the participant does not listen to the instructors, the participant will be responsible for the accidents. Any disputes will be appealed to the Law of Taiwan, Republic of China.

  (六)學員因故須提前離營時，必須提出家長許可文件並辦妥離營手續且不得請求退還已付費用外，學員離營後一切行為應自行負責。

  #An absent note with parental approval needs to be provided. Meanwhile, a refund request is NOT acceptable. Once the process is complete, the participant will be responsible for his/her behavior.

  (七)本簡章如有未盡事宜得另行增（修）改之。

  #All rights reserved to China Youth Corps for any amendment.

八、本次營隊活動中有關旅遊、食宿、交通安排由中國青年旅行社或嚕啦啦旅行社辦理。

  #The travel, accommodation and transportation arrangements in this camping  will be handled by China Youth Travel Service or Lu la la Travel Service.
